Flying scissors
Flying scissors integrated in rollforming lines are designed for cutting steel profiles to pieces without stopping.
Flying scissors consist of:
- frame;
- cutting scissors;
- drive;
- pusher out;
- electrical equipment;
- control system.
The maximum capacity of flying scissors is up to 70 m/min when the length of the profile is 3-4 m and the thickness - 0.6 mm.
This type of equipment is more suitable in the composition with automatic stacking systems.
Flying scissors allow to increase the effective capacity of the equipment by several times in comparison with existing "traditional" types of profile cutting (guillotines, circular saws, etc.).
