Roll forming lines

AMTengineering offers roll forming lines for production of various kinds of standard sheet metal profiles used for roofing and wall coating, as well as custom-made non-standard profiles.

Cutting lines

JV AMTengineering is also engaged in designing and manufacturing of wide range of automated lines for slitting, cutting-to-length, slitting and cutting sheet metal materials to length. This equipment is widely used in automotive, shipbuilding and aircraft building industries, as well as in paper and construction materials sectors.

Cross-wedge rolling

Cross wedge rolling machines are used for forming axisymmetric parts by altering their cross section. AMTengineering manufactures three baseline types of cross-wedge rolling machines that use different rolling methods: cold, warm and hot cross-wedge rolling.

Vinnitski Tractor Units Plant (VZTA) has got a great experience in forge piece production by Cross Wedge Rolling.

We have two Lines (model AKS 3528.33A) manufactured by PO "Kuzlitmash" with domicile in Pinsk, Republic of Belarus. VZTA has been producing gear forge pieces (model 18 Hgt, circle diameter 60 mm and 42 mm) oh these lines since 1995. The main disadvantage of this rolling mill is frame bending at the moment of operating.

In 2001 VZTA introduced a new Cross Wedge Rolling Line (model WRL-80) produced by AMTengineering company. This line was designed for preforms (diameter 80 mm) production due to the stable and highly productive work. The main distinctive feature of this line is hardness of rolling mill stand construction. This involves producing forged dies of dimensional accuracy.

Application direct-hardening slideway with flat rolling-contact bearing which work within two years, provides characteristics of a line according to the passport.
